Directions

  1. Beat, for the omelette, the eggs with 3 tablespoons of water, the red pepper, ginger powder, salt and freshly ground pepper.
  2. Heat half of the peanut or sunflower oil in a frying pan and fry an omelette of half of the egg mixture. Fry a second omelette. Cut the omelettes into broad strips.
  3. Heat the 4 tablespoons wok or peanut oil in a wok for the rice dish. Stir fry the winter carrot, garlic, onion, celery and leek for about 10 minutes.
  4. Scoop the rice through and bake for about 5 minutes. Scoop the soy sauce marinade.
  5. Sprinkle the dish with the peanuts and place the omelette strips on top.
