Rice with smoked salmon, cod fillet, broccoli and paprika.

Directions

  1. Allow the cod fillet to thaw. Divide the broccoli into small florets and cut the stem into cubes.
  2. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Boil the broccoli for the last 5 minutes. Drain the rice and broccoli.
  3. Chop the onion. Clean the peppers and cut finely. Heat in a stirring oil and stir-fry the onion and paprika for 3 minutes.
  4. Spoon the broccoli and rice, press the garlic above and stir fry until the rice has a nice color. Cut the cod fillet into pieces.
  5. Spoon the pieces of cod and smoked salmon on top, put a lid on the woks and let the fish cook over low heat in 5 min.
  6. Carefully scoop the fish through the rice. Season with salt and pepper.
