Rich sandwich with eggs, homemade peanut sauce, oxheart cabbage, bean sprouts, cucumber and carrot.

Directions

  1. Boil the eggs hard in 8 minutes. Let them scare under cold running water. Peel the eggs and cut into slices.
  2. Put the peanut butter with the water, the sambal, ketjapmarinadeen fried onions in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
  3. Heat for 3 minutes and stir well with a whisk until you have a smooth mixture.
  4. Put the pointed cabbage and bean sprouts in a colander and pour boiling water over it and let it drain. Cut the cucumber into slices.
  5. Cut the baguette halfway through the middle and hollow out the inside for half.
  6. Cover with the slices of egg, cucumber, pointed cabbage, bean sprouts, carrot and satay sauce. Make sure that all ingredients are visible.
  7. Put the sticks in the baguette and cut into pieces.
