Mediterranean chicken soup filled with rice.

Directions

Pour chicken broth through pan into pan. Add water and bring to the boil.

Add rice and boil according to instructions. Top cut parsley finely.

Eat egg in bowl. Add lemon juice to this. Add chicken meat to stock and heat for approx. 1 min.

Add egg mixture and stir with a fork. Cook for 1 min. Gently until eiflinters are tender.

Spread soup over the heated plates or cups. Garnish with parsley.
