Chicken soup with chinese cabbage
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, Chinese cabbage, fresh ginger root (bag of 150 g), tomatoes, onion, garlic, base for chicken soup (400 ml), chicken breast strips (about 300 g), white rice and sweet soy sauce.

Clean Chinese coal and cut it into thin strips.

Peel the ginger and cut into very narrow strips.

Halve tomatoes, remove seeds and cut flesh into strips.

Peel and chop onion and garlic.

Pour the base for chicken soup into pan.

Add 3 pots of cold water, ginger, garlic and onion.

Bring soup to the boil.
-
Stir in strips of chicken and rice and cook for about 12 minutes.

Add carbon strips and cook for 1 min.
-
Tomato and ketjapmarinadeen possibly add pepper to taste.

Distribute soup over 4 large bowls..
