Chicken strips with baked potato and raw vegetables


Shoarma of chicken with paprika, roasted potatoes, garlic sauce and raw salad.

Directions

  1. Wash the cucumber and cut into thin slices. Mix the cucumber slices in a bowl with the Dutch raw vegetables and the almonds.
  2. Beat a dressing of the vinegar, oil and season with pepper and salt. Mix by the raw salad.
  3. Wash the pointed peppers, halve them along the length and remove the seeds. Cut the flesh into thin strips.
  4. Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the chicken strips 2 min. Add the pepper strips and stir fry for another 4 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, puff the potatoes for 9 minutes in the microwave at 700 watts.
  6. Let the potatoes in the package for 1 min. Remove from the packaging and cut in half lengthwise.
  7. Serve the potatoes with the garlic sauce, the chicken-paprika mixture and the raw vegetable salad.
