Asparagus and courgettes with bone ham sauce
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes (800 g), white asparagus, courgettes, fresh parsley (a 30 g), sauce for asparagus (37 g), butter and ham (strips (200 g)).
Potatoes in plenty of water with salt in about 15-20 min.
Peel asparagus and cut woody ends (approx.
3 cm) off.
Wash the courgettes and cut into asparagus in strips of the same length.
Asparagus cooking for 15 minutes.
Add courgettes after 10 minutes.
Parsley finely chop.
Prepare sauce according to directions on packaging.
Mix lumps of butter with sauce and add the ham strips.
Remove asparagus and courgettes with a skimmer from the pan and place on 4 plates.
Give it a sauce.
Shake potatoes with parsley and serve with them..
