Heat the beans, drain them and collect the moisture.

Heat the oil and fry the beef sausages 10-12 minutes. Remove them from the pan and keep them warm.

Fry the onion and garlic in the shortening. Put the tomato puree through and cook for another minute.

Add the tomatoes, thyme, salt and pepper. Slowly simmer for 5 minutes. Scoop the beans through with 150 ml of the collected bean liquid. Warm through well.

Put the dish in a bowl and put the sausages on it. Tasty with mashed potatoes or boiled potatoes.
