Chicken teriyaki with stir-fried Chinese cabbage

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Cut the chicken fillet into pieces and scoop with 3 tbsp teriyaki sauce (for 4 people) and let them stand for 10 minutes.

Cut the green of the spring onion into small rings, cut the rest into pieces of 3 cm.

Heat the oil in a frying pan or frying pan and fry the pieces of chicken in approx. 5 min.

In the end, add the pieces of spring onion and the rest of the teriyaki sauce and bring it to a boil.

Cut the onion into thin, thin rings and the Chinese cabbages into thin strips.

Heat the oil in a stirring fruit in this the onion rings glassy. Add the coals and stir fry for about 3 minutes until the coals have shrunk and al dente.

Serve the chicken teriyaki with the Chinese cabbages and the risotto rice, sprinkle the rings of spring onions.
