  1. Place the chicken thigh patties on a shelf and flatten them with the flat side of a pan. Rub them in with salt and pepper. Put a sprig of thyme on each piece and put a slice of raw ham on it. Press the ham. Leave the patches for a while. In that time, the ham will stick to the chicken steaks.
  2. Heat the butter in a frying pan and place the chicken patties on the ham side in the pan. Bake this side in 3 minutes brown. Turn the chicken slices carefully with a spatula and bake the other side in 3 minutes brown.
  3. Pour the wine along the edge of the pan with the chicken steaks. Let everything simmer for another 6-8 minutes until the chicken is done and the wine is boiled down to a gravy. Serve the chicken thigh patties with the gravy over it. Delicious with potatoes from the oven and haricots verts.
