Noodle soup with crab
A nice thai recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, sunflower oil, Thai vegetable mix (400 g), Thai green curry paste (pot a 225 g), coconut milk (400 ml), noodles, extra fancy crab (a 170 g), spring onions, salt and cassava krupuk (60 g).

Heat in wok oil.

Vegetable mix stir-fry for about 2 minutes.

Currypasta for about 1 minute.

Add coconut milk and 1/4 liter of water and bring to the boil.

Prepare Mihoen according to instructions, but do not rinse with cold water.

Let the crab drain.

Clean the forest onions and cut into rings.

Add crab and spring onions and heat soup for approx.
-
1 minute.
-
Season with salt.
-
Distribute Mihoen over four large bowls.

Create soup and serve immediately.
