Chicken with balsamic silver onions
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, balsamic vinegar, sugar, silver onions ((370 ml), drained), white rice, chicken breast, olive oil and broccoli (in florets).

Bring the vinegar to the boil with the sugar. Add the onions and reduce to 20 min. As low as possible.

Meanwhile, cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Sprinkle the chicken fillet with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken fillet for about 15 minutes until done.

Pour the silver onion sauce into a bowl. Cook the broccoli in approx. 5 minutes until al dente. Divide the chicken fillet over 4 plates and pour in the silver onion sauce. Serve with the broccoli and the rice.
