Chicken with hummus, naan bread and mango salsa
The nutty flavor of hummus and arugula is delicious in combination with the fresh mango salsa and chicken.

Place the chicken fillets between 2 layers of cling film and place them flat with the flat side of a saucepan as cutlets.

Crumble the rusks over a deep plate. Add pepper and salt. Beat the eggs in another deep plate.

Roll the chicken breasts first through the egg and then through the crumble.

Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and fry the chicken in brown and crispy for 4-5 minutes.

Bake the bread according to the instructions on the package. Cut the red pepper very finely.

Peel the mango, cut into cubes and roughly.

Chop the coriander roughly and add. Put the red pepper and the rest of the oil through. If necessary, season with salt and pepper.

Cut the loaves in half widthwise, cut them open and spread them well with houmous.

Cover with a piece of rocket, a crispy fried chicken schnitzel and mango salsa. Serve immediately. Yummy! .
