Chicken with mustard, puff potatoes and chicory salad
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, chicken fillets (approx. 300 g), sharp mustard, puff potatoes with yoghurt sauce (a 2 pieces, refrigerator compartment), celery, butter, chicory ((sliced, 400 g), apples ((eg. Elstar), in small segments) and honey-mustard dressing (100 ml).

In a bowl of chicken, shovel with mustard, salt and pepper.

Prepare potatoes according to the instructions in the microwave.

Wash celery and cut into slices, cut green.

Heat butter in frying pan and fry chicken in 4 min.

Season with chicory in a chicory, apple and celery dish.

Cut open potatoes and add yogurt sauce.
