Chicken with oxheart cabbage
Rice dish with chicken, cabbage and seroendeng.
Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.
Cut the chicken into cubes. Mix with the sesame seeds and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Keep separate.
Cut the pointed cabbage in half lengthwise, remove the hard core and cut the coals into narrow strips.
Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the coals for 4 min. Until it becomes softer, but still has bite. Season with soy sauce.
Scoop out of the wok into a bowl and make the wokskin. Heat the rest of the oil in the wok and fry the chicken for 4 minutes. Add the coals.
Sprinkle with seroendeng. Serve with the rice.
