Drain the tuna. Meanwhile, distribute the arugula over plates or a dish. Put the chicken on it.

Drain the capers and remove the leaves from the sprigs of basil.

Puree the tuna with the mayonnaise, the basil and the capers in the food processor or with the hand blender.

Season the tuna sauce with pepper. Spoon over the chicken and sprinkle with the capers.
