Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Mix the coals with the rest of the spices, 1 tablespoon of oil and the vinegar.

Mix the potato wedges with the rest of the oil and place on a baking sheet. Remove the chicken from the marinade and place in an oven dish.

Fry the potatoes and chicken in the oven for 30-40 minutes until golden brown. Change in between a couple of times.

Serve the chicken with the coleslaw, roasted potatoes and the yoghurt sauce.
