Chicory Salad With Orange
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: chicory, orange, extra virgin olive oil, white wine vinegar, coarse mustard and liquid honey.

Cut the underside of the stalk chicory and cut the chicory in half. Remove the hard core. Remove the leaves. Peel the peel and the white of the orange with a sharp knife and cut the flesh parts out of the fleece.

Beat a dressing of the oil, vinegar, mustard and honey. Season with salt and pepper.

Place the chicory leaves and orange on a dish. Pour the dressing over it.
