Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Place the slices of puff pastry in a rectangle on a baking tray covered with parchment paper.

Let them touch each other slightly. Prick holes in the dough with a fork. Bake the dough in the middle of the oven for 10 minutes.

Cut the onion into rings and the brie into pieces. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion over medium heat for 10 minutes.

Cut the underside of the stalk chicory and halve the chicory lengthwise. Remove the hard core. Cut the praise into bars.

Add the chicory to the onion and cook for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Spoon the mixture onto the puff pastry. Divide the brie and the oregano over it.
