Chicory-minced meat dish

Peel the potatoes, cut into equal pieces and boil in 20 minutes in water with salt until tender. Drain and let evaporate for 5 minutes. In the meantime, heat the milk in a saucepan.

Add the milk to the potatoes with the butter, pepper and salt. Stamp with puree pestle. In the meantime, press the garlic over a bowl.

Meanwhile, put the minced meat in a bowl and knead in the egg, chilli sauce, coriander, ginger powder, curry powder, garlic and pepper and salt. Heat the butter and fry the minced meat in 6 minutes. In the meantime cut the chicory into thin strips.

Melt the rest of the butter in a saucepan and add the flour and the rest of the curry powder. Leave to cook for 3 minutes, then add the rest of the milk.

Bring to the boil while stirring. Keep stirring until the sauce is bound. Add the sauce, the praise and pepper to the minced meat. Serve with the puree.
