Coalfish with potato and leek
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, butter, fine potatoes ((450 g), peeled and diced), ready-to-eat leeks, coleslaw fillet (frozen), dried Italian culinary herbs and lemon juice.

Fry 25 g of butter in frying pan and stir-fry potatoes and leeks for 2 minutes.

Add 2-3 tbsp water.

With lid on potato and leek on medium heat in 10 min.

Sait coalfish with Italian herbs, salt and pepper.

In a thick-bottomed pan melt the rest of the butter and stir in lemon juice.

Place the fish in it and cover it over medium heat in 8 minutes.

Place sauerkraut on four plates and create potato cubes with leek next to it..
