Chicory salad with chorizo
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, chicory, winter carrot (peeled), lamb's lettuce (75 g), olive oil, white wine vinegar, garlic (extruded), chorizo sausage ((a 250 g) and thin slices).

Remove the ends of the chicory bushes, remove the outer leaves and cut the bushes into coarse rings.

Cut the winter root in half lengthwise and scrape thin slices with the cheese slicer.

Mix the chicory, lamb's lettuce and carrot in a bowl.

Beat the oil, vinegar and garlic in a small bowl into a vinaigrette.

Season with salt and (freshly ground) pepper.

Pour the vinaigrette over the chicory salad and gently cover everything.

Fry the chorizo slices in a dry frying pan over a low heat for 10 minutes.

Divide the chorizo over the salad.

Delicious with roasted chicken and baked potatoes..
