A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: olive oil, onion (chopped), mushrooms (250 g), garlic (chopped), whipped cream (250 ml) and Dijon mustard.

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the onion for 3 minutes. Meanwhile cut the mushrooms into slices. Add the garlic and mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat.
  2. Add the whipped cream and salt and pepper. Let it boil gently for 5 minutes. Add the mustard and warm for another 2 minutes. Tasty with steak or a tart with French fries.
