Peel and chop the onion. Heat the oil and fry the onion for 3 minutes. Add the minced meat and fry in 4 minutes. Add the tomato paste and oregano. Season with pepper and salt.

Remove the leaves endive from the crop. Immerse the endive leaves 30 sec. in boiling water. Divide the minced meat over 8 leaves and roll up. Delicious with mashed potatoes.
