                            Chicory walnut wrap
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: walnuts, green pepper, red pepper, red onion, chicory, oil, salt and pepper, wrapt tortillas (pack of 4), cheese spread (about 80 g), tomato sauce (sundried and a 180 ml).

                                Walnuts coarsely chop.
 - 
                                Peppers wash, clean and cut into strips.
 - 
                                Peel onion and cut into thin segments.
 - 
                                Clean chicory and cut into segments in length.
 - 
                                Heat in wok oil.
 - 
                                Onions and bell peppers for about 3 minutes.
 - 
                                Add chicory and walnuts and bake for approx.
 - 
                                3 minutes.
 - 
                                Season the vegetable mixture with salt and pepper.
 - 
                                Meanwhile, heat tortillas in large dry frying pan.
 - 
                                Toss tortillas thickly with cheese, add the vegetable mixture to 1 half and fold over it.
 - 
                                Dried tomato sauce..
