Chicory walnut wrap


A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: walnuts, green pepper, red pepper, red onion, chicory, oil, salt and pepper, wrapt tortillas (pack of 4), cheese spread (about 80 g), tomato sauce (sundried and a 180 ml).

Directions

  1. Walnuts coarsely chop.
  2. Peppers wash, clean and cut into strips.
  3. Peel onion and cut into thin segments.
  4. Clean chicory and cut into segments in length.
  5. Heat in wok oil.
  6. Onions and bell peppers for about 3 minutes.
  7. Add chicory and walnuts and bake for approx.
  8. 3 minutes.
  9. Season the vegetable mixture with salt and pepper.
  10. Meanwhile, heat tortillas in large dry frying pan.
  11. Toss tortillas thickly with cheese, add the vegetable mixture to 1 half and fold over it.
  12. Dried tomato sauce..
