Chicory with goat's cheese and ham

Cut the bottom of the stalk chicory. Boil the praise 3 minutes in a pan with water.

Drain well, halve in length and remove the hard core.

Preheat the oven to 180 ºC.

Place the serrano ham slices on the work surface. Halve the slices of cheese. Divide the goat's cheese over the ham.

Put the half stalk chicory in the middle and sprinkle with the dried thyme. Fold the ham and cheese around the chicory.

Let golden brown in about 20 minutes in the oven.
