Chili cod with broccoli and potatoes
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, table potatoes (800 g), broccoli (about 600 g), seasoning mix (chili (35 g)), (sunflower) oil, cod fillet (frozen, 400 g) and vegetable sauce cheese (140 g).

Fry potatoes in cold water with salt and bring to the boil for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, distribute broccoli in florets, cut stem into thin slices and cook in the last 3 minutes.

Cast off.

Mix half seasoning mix in small dish with 3 tbsp oil.

Brush the fish around.

Place in frying pan and lightly cook with a lid on pan, over low heat in approx.

10 min.

In the meantime, turn twice.

Heat 3 t of oil in a deep pan.

Stir in hot potatoes, broccoli and leftover mix and cover with a lid on pan, on low heat for 5-7 minutes.

Prepare sauce according to instructions and mix with potatoes and broccoli.

Spread fish and potatoes over 4 plates..
