Chili of white and green beans
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: green beans (broken), olive oil, onions (coarsely cut), chestnut mushrooms (cut into quarters), green pepper (in coarse pieces), chili powder, green kidney beans (425 g), giant beans (425 g), sour cream and grated cheese (mature).

Boil the green beans for about 5 minutes in plenty of boiling water with salt al dente.

In the meantime, heat the olive oil in a large frying pan. Fry the onion gently for 5 minutes. Add the mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes.

Stir in the peppers and chilli powder through the mushrooms and simmer for 2 minutes.

Rinse the kidney beans and giant beans in cold water under cold water. Stir the kidney beans, giant beans, green beans, sour cream and salt to taste through the mushrooms. Place the lid on the pan and gently simmer the chili for 20 minutes.

Divide the dish over 4 warm deep plates. Serve the cheese separately. Tasty with tortilla chips or warm flour tortillas and avocado yoghurt dip.
