Chili potatoes


A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: potatoes in the skin (500 g), garlic, chili powder, olive oil and coarse sea salt.

Directions

  1. Fry potatoes in approx. 4 minutes in a pan with little water. Drain and allow to cool. Potatoes halve, large in four slices. Peel the garlic and press it over the plate. Stir in chilli powder and 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Create potatoes through it. Let stand for at least half an hour.
  2. (per person) Heat up some olive oil in a gourmet pan and add 3 tablespoons of potatoes. Potatoes already bake brown baking. Sprinkle the sea salt over it.
