Heat the oil and fry the onion and garlic with the cayenne pepper, cinnamon and cumin.

Add the potato cubes and cook for about 5 minutes.

Add the tomatoes, beans, corn and peppers, season with salt and pepper and simmer for about 25 minutes at a low setting.

Prak the avocado with a fork and mix with the crème fraîche and coriander.

Sprinkle the chili with the spring onion and serve with the avocado dip and tortilla chips.
