Directions

  1. Put the potatoes with water and salt and cook them until done.
  2. In the meantime, heat the olive oil with the garlic and pepper to low heat until the oil starts to smell.

  6. Mash everything and season to taste with salt and pepper. Put the feta through. Serve the stew with the garlic croutons.
