Directions

  1. Boil the broccoli florets for 2 minutes, drain and rinse cold water.
  2. Roast the sesame seeds in a dry hot frying pan.
  3. Heat the olive oil, fry the garlic and spring onions and stir in the broccoli, ginger, soy sauce, sherry and sesame seed.
  4. Heat the tortillas briefly in a hot frying pan or for 20 seconds in the microwave at 800 Watt.
  5. Scoop the salmon through the filling. Place the filling in the middle of each tortilla and fold the bottom edge, side edges and top edge inwards to create a square package.
  6. Turn this over and stick it with a skewer with leaves of coriander or basil laced.
