Chilled cucumber soup
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: poultry, cucumber, mint, chicken broth (from 1/2 tablet), ground cumin (djinten) and Greek yoghurt.

Peel the cucumber and cut it into pieces. Ris the mint leaves from the twigs. Puree the cucumber with fresh mint and stock in the blender or in a small, high bowl with the hand blender.

Season the cucumber soup with salt, pepper and a pinch of cumin and let the soup in the refrigerator cool down in about 2 hours.

Heat the cumin in a small frying pan until it starts to smell. Season the soup again with salt and pepper and spoon the soup into small straight glasses. Spoon a spoonful of Greek yogurt and sprinkle the cumin over it.
