Chimichurri steak burger

Ingredients
- 1 meat tomato
- 0.5 tablespoon oil
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 4 steak
- 4 white bun
- 8 leaf curly lettuce
- 1 tomato for the chimichurri sauce
- 1 Red onion for the chimichurri sauce
- 2 clove garlic for the chimichurri sauce
- 1 bunch flat leaf parsley for the chimichurri sauce
- 1 Red pepper for the chimichurri sauce
- 75 milliliters olive oil for the chimichurri sauce
- 2 tablespoon Red wine vinegar for the chimichurri sauce
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder (djinten) for the chimichurri sauce
Directions

Store the steaks flat. Heat 2 tablespoons of butter or oil in a frying pan and fry the steaks around brown.

Finely grind the ingredients for the chimichurri sauce in the food processor. Or cut all ingredients very finely and mix them with olive oil and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.

Top each of the rolls with 2 leaves of lettuce. Spread a scoop of sauce over it, put the steak on it and finish with a slice of grilled tomato.
