Directions

  1. Store the steaks flat. Heat 2 tablespoons of butter or oil in a frying pan and fry the steaks around brown.
  2. Finely grind the ingredients for the chimichurri sauce in the food processor. Or cut all ingredients very finely and mix them with olive oil and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Top each of the rolls with 2 leaves of lettuce. Spread a scoop of sauce over it, put the steak on it and finish with a slice of grilled tomato.
  4. Brush the tomatoes lightly with oil and grill them in the grill pan.
