Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Put in a colander and rinse with cold water. Drain.

Meanwhile, cut the spring onions into rings and put the wok on high heat. Add the oil and after 10 seconds. the wok vegetable.

Stir fry 2 minutes and then add the bamboo shoots. Stir fry for 1 min. Add the sherry, soy sauce and mietoe. Stir fry 2 min.

Mix in the shrimps and sprinkle with the spring onions.
