A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, Dutch shrimp, half-to-half-minced, garlic (pressed), sambal oelek, sweet chilli sauce (a 250 ml), stir-fry oil, red onions (in rings), Chinese cabbage (in broad strips) , soy sauce and party rolls (bag of 12 pieces).

Slice the shrimp.

In a bowl, mix the mince with the shrimp, garlic, sambal and 3 tablespoons of chili sauce.

Season to taste with salt and pepper and knead everything well.

Form with moist hands eight citizens of the shrimp-minced mixture.

Heat 2 tablespoons stir-fry oil in a frying pan and fry the burgers in brown and cooked for 4-5 minutes.

Divide the onion rings around the burgers and bake them crispy brown.

Heat the rest of the stir fry oil in a stirring stir fry, stirring the Chinese cabbages in 3-4 minutes.

Drain any excess moisture.

Scoop 2 tablespoons chilli sauce and soy sauce to taste by the Chinese cabbage.

Bake the party rolls in the oven according to the instructions on the package and divide them over four plates.
