Chinese coleslaw with oriental dressing
A delicious Asian recipe for Chinese coleslaw with oriental dressing.

Wash the Chinese cabbage, store four leaves and cut the rest into narrow strips.

Roast the pine nuts in a dry, hot frying pan until golden brown.

Add the carbon strips with 1 tablespoon of oil. Spoon the coals regularly and bake for 2-3 minutes. Season the mixture with salt and pepper and allow to cool.

Mix the ingredients for the dressing. Spoon the peppers, ham, cheese, corn and shallots through the coal mixture and mix in half of the dressing.

Place the separated Chinese cabbage leaves on a dish with the salad on top.

Pour over the rest of the dressing and garnish the dish with the parsley and possibly some pine nuts.
