Cut the smoked salmon and surimi into strips or pieces.

Stir in mayonnaise, soy sauce and milk into a dressing for the salad.

Place the carbon strips in a bowl. First mix the desired amount of sambal through the coals and then the spring onions, the shrimps, the salmon and surimi.
