Directions

  1. Cook the rice in 15min. cooked. Drain and leave covered.
  2. In the meantime, cut the garlic finely. Peel and grate the ginger.
  3. Cut the broccoli into small florets. Peel the stalk and cut into small pieces.
  4. Heat the oil in the frying pan or stir frying the broccoli, garlic, ginger and cumin for 6 minutes on a high heat.
  5. Add the wok vegetable and cook for 4 minutes.
  6. Add the rice the last minute. Season with pepper and salt.
  7. In the meantime, heat the rest of the oil in the large frying pan and fry fried eggs.
  8. Divide the rice stirrer over plates. Sprinkle with the sesame oil and spread the fried eggs over it. Sprinkle with the cashew nut pieces.
