Melt the chocolate au bain-marie.

Slice the apricots, chop the pistachios coarsely and halve the peppers.

Divide half of the apricots and pistachios into a 20 x 30 cm rectangle over a cutting board covered with parchment paper.

Divide the melted chocolate with a pancake over the apricots and nuts.
