Wash the orange and cut it with skin in very thin slices.

Put the slices in a pan and add the sugar, the water and (possibly) a dash of strong liquor.

Cook the slices over medium heat for 10 minutes and let them cool down.

The slices can be eaten with skin and all.

Mix, if you like, a dash of the liquor through the whipped cream.

Place the brownies on the plates.

Add the slices of orange juice, a scoop of whiskey cream and a scoop of ice cream.

Finally sprinkle with almond shavings and add some leaves of fresh fresh mint.

Serve immediately.
