Chocolate mousse with mandarins

Chop the chocolate coarsely.

Put the chocolate with the marshmallows, butter and juice in a bowl and hang the bowl in a pan over boiling water.

Let the chocolate mixture melt and stir until smooth. Allow to cool slightly. The mixture may no longer be hot, but still liquid.

Whisk the whipped cream with a mixer and fold in the chocolate mixture. Peel the mandarins and stir the wedges through the mousse.

Spoon the mousse into a large glass dish or three small dishes and leave to set in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
