Chocolate pavlova with kiwi

Preheat the oven to 150ºC.

Draw 8 circles of approximately 10 cm Ø on the baking paper.

Beat the egg whites in a fat-free bowl with a mixer.

Add the caster sugar and beat the egg whites to shiny peaks.

Add the cornstarch and mix well.

Spread the protein mixture over the circles on the baking paper and make a small dimple in the middle.

Bake the pavlovas in the oven for about 1 hour.

Switch off the oven and leave the pavlovas in the oven for about 1 hour.

Melt the chocolate au bain-marie or for about 2 minutes in the microwave at 400 Watt.

Drizzle the pavlovas with a spoonful of melted chocolate.

Beat the whipped cream with the vanilla sugar until it is lumpy.

Spoon the cream into the dimples of the pavlovas and put the wedges of kiwi on them.

Drizzle with honey if necessary.
