Chocolate peanut butter brownies with crunchy chocolate flakes and peanut butter with pieces of peanut.

Preheat the oven to 180 ºC.

Put a pan with a layer of water on the fire. Put the chocolate flakes and the butter in a heat-resistant bowl and hang in the pan.

Make sure the bowl does not touch the water. Let the chocolate and butter melt with a whisk while stirring (au bain-marie).

Meanwhile, beat the eggs with the sugar lightly. Mix in the melted chocolate butter mixture.

Sift the flour with a pinch of salt over the batter and spatula through it.

Line the baking tin with parchment paper and pour in the batter. Divide the peanut butter over the batter and bake the brownies for about 25 minutes in the middle of the oven.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 30 minutes. Garnish with the rest of the chocolate flakes and cut into 18 pieces.
