Chocolate tarts with orange sauce

Preheat the oven to 200ºC.

Grease the soufflé trays and dust them with flour.

Beat the eggs with the sugar frothy in a bowl. Mix 30 grams of flour and a pinch of salt through it.

Melt the chocolate au bain-marie or in the microwave (2 minutes at 400 Watt). Stir in the butter.

Beat the melted chocolate through the egg mixture until a smooth mixture is formed.

Divide this over the dishes and put in the middle of the oven for 10-12 minutes. Bake until the outside is just firm, then the inside is still liquid.

Heat the marmalade with the orange liqueur and add a pinch of nutmeg.

Place plates on the dishes of the tarts. Pour the tarts and sprinkle some warm orange sauce over it.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar if necessary.
