Chocolate truffles with chili and thyme
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: whipped cream, vanilla pod (the marrow scraped out), dark chocolate (in pieces), chili powder, milk, thyme (only the leaves) and cocoa powder.

Heat the whipped cream with the vanilla juice on low heat.

As soon as the whipped cream gets warm, you let the chocolate pieces melt in one by one while stirring.

Turn off the heat.

Stir the chili powder with a whisk through the chocolate mixture.

Beat the mixture until it becomes creamy in texture.

Pour the chocolate mixture into a low container and put it in the refrigerator.

Let it stiffen for at least 5 hours, but preferably overnight.

Mix the thyme leaves with the cocoa and spread over a plate.

Fill a cup with hot water and dip a melon ball spoon or 2 teaspoons here.

Put the melon ball spoon in the hard chocolate and pull it through until a ball forms.

Or with a teaspoon spoon a small piece of chocolate and press it into a ball with the other teaspoon.

Place the bread roll chocolate on the cocoa-thyme mixture and gently roll until they are covered all around..
