A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, white bread (without crust), shallot (chopped), olive oil, garlic (peeled), veneered plums (finely chopped), basil ((fresh or frozen), finely chopped), fresh cream cheese natural, hare chops and butter.

Directions

  1. Slice crumble (in food processor).
  2. In frying pan shallot in 1 tbsp oil for 5 min.
  3. Squeeze the garlic on top and fry for 1 min.
  4. Repeat mixture in bowl.
  5. Add breadcrumbs, prunes, basil and cream cheese and mix thoroughly with fork.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Side chops with razor-sharp, sharp knife carefully cut horizontally, almost to bone and up to 1 cm from edge.
  8. Filling thus formed cavities with plum mixture, press firmly.
  9. Place chops with cocktail stick and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  10. Heat butter with 1 tbsp oil in a large frying pan.
  11. Chops on high heat for 3 minutes per side.
  12. Turn the fire down and chops with a lid on the pan in approx.
  13. 10 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  14. Delicious with potato croquettes and braised leeks..
