Mediterranean vegetables with lamb sausages


A nice Mediterranean recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes (slightly crumbly at 200 g (bag 3 kg)), paprika mix (3 pieces, green, red and yellow), olive oil, lamb sausages (270 g), zucchini (in thick slanted slices) , onions (in sixes), garlic (in slices) and oregano (whole (jar 10 g)).

Directions

  1. Boil the potatoes in little water with salt for 15 minutes. Halve the peppers, remove the seeds and seeds and cut each pepper half into 4 pieces. Cut the pre-cooked potatoes in four.
