Stir 1 tablespoon of oil through the meat herbs and brush the pork chops. Boil the potatoes in about 20 minutes.

Heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan and fry the bacon cubes. Add the shallots and fruit for another 4 minutes.

Heat a frying pan and fry the pork chops on both sides in about 15 minutes until brown and done. Add the beans to the bacon and shallot. Spoon around and warm covered for about 10 minutes.

Add a dash of water to the pork chops, stir the cakes in the pan and simmer for a few more minutes. Turn off the heat source. Add the butter and melt in the gravy while stirring.

Spoon the parsley through the white beans, add some pepper and serve the beans with the pork chops, potatoes and gravy.
