Pasta dish with pesto, broccoli, garlic crumbs of wholemeal bread and cherry tomatoes.

Directions

  1. Fry the bread according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
  3. Cut the broccoli into florets. Cook them in plenty of water with salt in 5 minutes until done.
  4. Meanwhile grind the bun into a crumb in the container of the hand blender.
  5. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the bread crumbs together with pepper and salt for 5 min. On medium heat until crispy.
