Pasta dish with pesto, broccoli, garlic crumbs of wholemeal bread and cherry tomatoes.

Fry the bread according to the instructions on the package.

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.

Cut the broccoli into florets. Cook them in plenty of water with salt in 5 minutes until done.

Meanwhile grind the bun into a crumb in the container of the hand blender.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the bread crumbs together with pepper and salt for 5 min. On medium heat until crispy.

In the meantime, cut the garlic finely. Add the garlic to the pan and cook for 2 minutes.

Halve the cherry tomatoes. Mix the penne with the pesto and broccoli.

Divide the penne over the plates and sprinkle with the garlic crumbs. Divide the cherry tomatoes over it.
